Experience:

Circe has very little experience. Currently she requires water to be around her to have any control over it and even then its very little, she can turn a cup of water to ice or make it a pile of snow but not much else.
Personal Information

Likes:

Circe loves music and is almost always found listening to her iPod. Her favorite genre is rock but she will listen to just about anything. She also loves chocolate to the point of addiction and will do anything to get her hands on some. Circe is also a practical joker, she loves to play pranks on just about anyone she can.

Dislikes

Circe hates the summer. She mostly just dislikes the heat it brings because the sun burns her quite easily. Circe also dislikes spicy foods, as they tend to burn her mouth and she much prefers to eat sweets. Circe also dislikes people who are too serious, she takes life lightly and prefers to joke to make a big deal about things.

Fears:
Circe has an irrational fear of the dark as it brings back memories of being left in the forest as a child. Because of the same reasons she also has a fear of wolves. Circe is also afraid of fire and heat, mostly because it cancels out her powers and can hurt her quite easily.

Strengths

Circe's strengths are the cold, water, ice and snow. Anything that she can control and freeze her power is control over ice but she can freeze water to create what she wishes. She also has a slight understanding of healing which is another of her strengths but she currently does not have much power there.

Weaknesses

Circe's main weakness is fire if she is surrounded by it cancels out her powers by destroying all the water or ice. She burns quite easily and is very sensitive to heat, she also takes a prolonged time healing from burns. Circe's other weakness is the fact that she can not use her power without any sort of water around her.

Goals

Circe has always had power over ice but never knew where it came from and has trouble controlling it. She wishes to learn where her magic came from and who her birth family is. Circe also wants to learn to control her Cryokinesis and become more powerful as a witch. Her secondary goal is to learn healing she has been studying on her own with the books she could find and has always been interested in it.

personality:

Circe is very kind and caring when you get to know her but her jokes tend to bug most people and lead them to not want to talk to her. She is horrible at introductions but has a very bouncy personality. She is rarely seen not smiling. She looks scary sometimes because of her dark clothing but loves to laugh and always finds something good in the world. Because of her past she knows how to fight and can take care of herself but she tends to walk away or try and diffuse the situation rather then arguing. Whenever her pranks go to far (which is most of the time) She apologies and if the other party tries to start something she tends to run instead of standing her ground. She is very sensitive about her height and never asks for help.

History

During her infancy Circe was found in a forest with a necklace containing her name and nothing else. she was put in foster care after that. And remained there until the age of 5 At the age of 5 she was adopted for the first time, when her adoptive parents found out her powers the sent her back to the home. she had a few different families but all of them gave her up. She was still in foster care for her adolescence She ran away a few times but always wound up back in the home. She started smoking when she was 14 and met her best friend when she was 15. And spent the rest of her life working to save up money and trying to learn more about her family. She found out about the Academy of dark arts and is now trying to enroll in hopes of learning more about her powers.

Misc Information

Circe always dresses in all black and has long black hair which she usualy lets fall. She never really cares about much but what makes her happy and very rarely does someone get close enough to her to see past that. Shes a hard worker and constantly studies and searches for links to her family.

*Circe growled as she reached on her tiptoes to try and reach the top shelf to get a plate.* *She sighed and walked over to the table to grab a chair to stand on* Damn cupboards why did they have to build them so high up? *She dragged the chair over and climbed up on it to grab the plate. As she grabbed it the chair tipped over and she crashed onto the floor *she shouted as she fell and a glass of water turned to ice on the table and shattered" Aw not again I'm almost out of glasses now! *she sighed and climbed back up on the chair to grab the plate. *

Paragraph Sample

Circe growled as she reached on her tiptoes to try and reach the top shelf to get a plate. She sighed and wound up walking over to the table to get a chair to stand on. "Damn cupboards" she mumbled "Why did they have to build them so high up?"

Circe dragged the chair over and climbed up on it to grab the plate. As she reached the chair tipped over and she crashed onto the floor. As she fell she shouted and a glass of water on the table turned to ice and shattered. "Aw not again! I'm almost out of glasses now!"

She sighed and climbed back up on the chair to grab the plate.
